How far in advance do we need to schedule our picnic?

We prefer a minimum of 5-7 days but will make every effort possible to accommodate your requested date.

What is the latest time in the day that you will book a picnic?

We book our picnics no later than an hour prior to sunset.

How do I secure my date?

Please either fill out the booking form online or feel free to email us at info@eliepicnics.com

What is our cancellation policy?

After you sign our contract and pay for half of the picnic we can reschedule your picnic for another day. We do not offer refunds. Please inform us ASAP if you need to reschedule as this will allow us to give another customer an opportunity to fill the slot.

Location Questions

What locations can we have the picnic at?

Most public parks in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas make the perfect picnic setting!

Can we have a picnic in our backyard?

Yes, you sure can! This is also a great alternative! Your backyard will provide the most amount of privacy!

Day of Picnic Questions

Can we bring our own snacks, drinks or alcohol to the picnic?

Yes, you can bring your own food and snacks if you prefer. Alcohol is not allowed at the parks here in Colorado Springs.
