We can calculate the amount of food and drinks needed that will serve all your guests without too much leftover. We are creative and able to stay within your budget. And we can plan a menu that will be satisfying and crowd-pleasing.

Do you want a plated dinner, family-style or buffet? Do you want guest nibbles and dessert?  We know what appetizers go with what cuisine.

Once you provide a guest list, we can send out invitations. We can plan a party theme if you want one or you could just stick to a color scheme when planning decorations.

We create open-air “under the stars” dining experiences. We have experience with many different venues. We can create historical homes and gardens, farms, ranches, or beautiful Colorado settings.
